Mr. Saxena has experience of over 28 years in design, development, management & successful implementation of several software projects. Out of his 28 years of experience Mr. Saxena has spend initial 3 years at the prestigious National Organization – Tata Institute Of Fundamental Research, Bombay. He has also worked for M/s. Tata Electric Company – Research & Development Division for 3 years before promoting OPTIMAL and was associated with several defense software development projects. Major responsibilities handled by Mr. Saxena are strategic planning for OPTIMAL’s future, continuous business development and promotion as well as guiding company’s Project Management teams in execution of new ERP Implementation projects.
Mr. Orpe has over all experience of over 23 years in design, development & leading various software product & project teams. Before promoting OPTIMAL Mr.Orpe had been associated with CAD\CAM Research & Development division of M/s.Godrej & Boyce Ltd. In his 2 years of experience at Goderaj Mr.Orpe has created many algorithms for Solid Modeling and Surface Modeling software products & co-founded the architectures of these product. Mr. Orpe has been responsible for designing a number of successful software products launched by OPTIMAL. Presently Mr. Orpe focuses on new technology exploration for adoption by the software teams in the new projects, planning technological up gradation of company’s product range in line with emerging technologies & steering the various on-going software development projects.
Mr.Dinesh holds Business Management degree from Mumbai University. He is widely traveled & exposed to the apparel & textile industry in the Asia Pacific region. Mr.Dinesh has been instrumental in acquisition of some of the largest & best customers for the company. Mr.Dinesh has the vision & special skills in identifying partnership opportunities & fostering strong relations with business partners.
