Mr Sanjev Saxena holds Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and  MBA from J.B.I.M.S., Mumbai. Mr.Saxena has experience of over 16 years in design, development, management & successful implementation  of several  software projects.  Out of  his 16 years of experience  Mr. Saxena has spent initial  3 years at the prestigious  National  Organization - Tata  Institute  Of  Fundamental  Research, Mumbai. He has also worked for M/s. Tata Electric Company - Research &  Development  Division
for three years before promoting OPTIMAL. Major responsibilities handled by Mr. Saxena are strategic planning for OPTIMAL future as well as promotion of the present business activities. 

Mr.Vinay Orpe holds Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and M.Tech in Structural Engineering from the premier Indian Institute Of Technology, Mumbai. 

Before promoting OPTIMAL Mr.Orpe had been associated with CAD\CAM Research & Development division of M/s.Godrej & Byoce Ltd. Mr. Orpe has been responsible for designing a number of successful products launched by OPTIMAL. Presently Mr. Orpe focuses on new technology exploration for adoption
by the software teams & steering the various on-going software development projects.
