Management: 1. Export Order & its tracking Buyer wise, Style wise, Merchandiser wise, Order status wise. 2. Tracking of order wise sample approvals (pending, delayed, due, etc) against the target dates. 3. Material Requirements planning (fabric, accessories & yarn) from per piece consumption with special emphasis to allowing for revisions/alterations. 4. Special provision for Grey to finish fabric processing & yarn to fabric knitting. 5. Export Order wise estimated costing (budgeting). 6. Also tracks measurement charts, standard consumption & Sketches. 7. Backward working of Grey Fabric & Yarn requirements from Finished Fabric consumption. |

Management:
1. Generation of Local & Import Purchase Orders
for fabrics accessories & yarn from the material
Requirements planing done (single order
or consolidated) in the Export Order Management stage.
2. Tracking of deliveries against
the P.O.s. & monitoring overall purchase against the export
orders.
3. Tracking confirmation from Supplier.
Inventory
Management:
1. Receipt / Issue of materials against the Purchase
Orders, Export Orders & Job Work Orders.
2. Tracking of
stocks: daily inwards / daily outwards / ledgers / location wise / party
wise.
3. Tracking of returns from factory, processors as
well as to suppliers & buyers.
4. Tracking garments
made, shipped, balance & rejects order wise / style wise in quantity
or ratio.
5. Stock Transfers (between orders &
locations) and Adjustments.
Production
Management:
1. Production planning.
2. Generation of Production
Orders against Export Orders & tracking of Garments
made.

Export Order wises production monitoring at user defined operations
points .
4. Daily
monitoring data import facility from factory in MS-Excel
